ORDERING OPTIONS:
A. Over- The- Phone Procedure
1. Customers can browse our Online Garden Center for item(s) that they would like to purchase
2. Give us a call on these numbers to check the availability of the product and place an order .

3. Provide the following to the GWBI Representative:
Contact Details , Product Name , Description , Quantity & Delivery Details
4. Once your order is placed and billed, choose from the PAYMENT MODES available.
5. Item(s) will be shipped/delivered once payments are received and cleared.
B. Online Order Procedure
1. Click ORDER FORM & completely fill out the form with your contact details.
Choose from the List of products that you wish to purchase by clicking on the check box & specifying quantity.
2. Click SUBMIT button to submit inquiry. Your submitted inquiry will serve as a request for quotation (RFQ).
3. You will receive an email (quotation) for the total amount of products inquired, availability of the product, product description.
4. Reply to the email received for order confirmation. For alterations to your order, you may reply to the email received and a new quotation will be sent to you.
5. After sending order confirmation. Check your Email for an invoice sent by Green World Builders Inc. Click on Pay Invoice Button on the Email received. You will be directed to your online invoice. Click Pay.
6. Choose a Way to Pay between Pay with my Paypal Account or Pay with my credit/debit card. For Credit / Debit Card Payment : Fill out the form by providing Credit/ Debit Card Details & Contact Information.
7. Upon completing the transaction, you will be directed to a payment confirmation page stating that your payment was received successfully & a receipt was sent to your email.
8. Item(s) will be shipped/delivered once payments are received and cleared.
